Our Refund Policy

Innovative Solutions will provide clients a refund for website development deposits if the project does not meet the agreed criteria that was discussed. Refunds will only be given for deposits when requested in writing 30 days before the first review.

Monthly fees for hosting, management, and maintenance must be canceled 30 days prior to avoid additionally monthly fee charges.
